We connect up to three of your systems, build one real use case on your actual data, and get it live with a pilot team. You finish with a working thing rather than a slide deck, plus a business case pack and an executive walkthrough you can take to your board. It runs for a maximum of three months with 30 days' notice, and the fee is credited in full against your implementation fee if you continue.
No. The monthly fee covers the platform, hosting, maintenance, support and ongoing enablement. Initial implementation, covering connector builds, graph modelling and knowledge ingestion, is quoted separately based on the scope we agree during discovery. We tell you that number before you commit to anything.
Additional sources can be added to any plan, or you move up a tier if that works out cheaper. We will tell you which is better for you. There are no surprise overage charges. If you are approaching your limit we raise it with you first.
No. Cleaning your data is a large part of what MEXE does. Nearly every business we work with begins with duplicate records, inconsistent definitions and at least one critical spreadsheet. That is the normal starting point, not a disqualifier.

First connectors are usually live within two to three weeks, and a first working use case inside the first month. We deliberately get something into production early rather than disappearing for a quarter and returning with a finished platform.
Yes. Startup and Corporate run monthly with 30 days' notice. The proof of concept is capped at three months, also with 30 days' notice. Enterprise agreements are annual with terms set by agreement. Your data is yours. We export it to you on exit.
